"Perhaps we could hardly find a better experience of the past which expresses the body than gymnastics. I Believe, in gymnastic, for the body and music for the mind."

Mighty Munchkins (four and five year olds)

This is a dynamic class for four and five year olds. It focuses on improving rhythmic gymnastics skills and technique. It also develops students’ posture, grace, coordination, balance, and strength. Students will be introduced to the terminology, stretching techniques, and beginning elements of rhythmic gymnastics.

Beginner 1 – Bronze (six to ten year olds)

This recreational and developmental class is perfect for students who are interested in recreational and possibly future competitive rhythmic gymnastics. It will introduce your child to rhythmic gymnastics in many fun and creative ways. They will learn the terminology, stretching techniques, beginning elements of rhythmic gymnastics, as well as improve their posture, grace, coordination, balance, and strength.

Beginner 2 – Silver (six to ten year olds)

This advanced recreational class is only open to students who master the Bronze level or Mighty Munchkin skills. Students in this class will learn more difficult skills and equipment handling at a faster pace.

Gold Performance Team (six to ten year olds)

This program is for students who are capable to compete in rhythmic gymnastics, but would prefer to participate in noncompetitive performances. To be a part of this class, you must master the Silver level skills.

Teen Recreational/Performance Team (eleven and older)

This program is for older beginners who would like to improve their physical fitness, flexibility, strength, coordination, and performance ability. Students in this class will learn quickly through fun activities, challenging skills, and refined rhythmic gymnastics technique. This program will focus on rhythmic gymnastics, but it is also a great way to improve skills in dance, cheerleading, artistic gymnastics, and many other sports as well.

Supplemental Flexibility and Strength

This class is perfect for students who wish to develop flexibility, strength, and good posture as a supplement to other sports or activities such as dance, ice skating, artistic gymnastics, and cheerleading.

Aesthetic Gymnastics

This class is designed for girls who would like to develop the grace, flexibility, and expressive movement of rhythmic gymnastics, but do not wish to work with equipment.  Unlike the supplemental class, this class will focus also on body expression and team work.  This group will participate in our performances throughout the year.
